Good Food Buddy is a small kitchen with a simple idea: cook proper meals from quality ingredients, portion them properly, and make them easy to enjoy — whether you eat them fresh this week or keep them in the freezer for later.

Add meals to your cart and adjust quantities at any time. Your cart always shows live, accurate pricing and availability — nothing is charged until you check out.

Pay securely online
Check out with delivery or collection and pay with your card through PayFast. We never see or store your card details, and your order only goes to the kitchen once payment is confirmed.

Choose collection from our kitchen or delivery to your area — the exact fee shows at checkout. Track every step under My orders.
Our menus explained
We use two storage methods, and some meals are available both ways. Each meal is clearly marked so you always know what you are getting.
Frozen meals
Cooked, portioned and frozen at their best so they keep for longer. Heat straight from frozen whenever you need a proper meal.

Fresh & frozen
Some of our most popular meals can be ordered either way. Choose fresh for this week or frozen for later — same recipe, same quality.

Delivery, collection & payment
- Delivery
- Delivery fees depend on your area and show at checkout. We deliver across Pretoria East, the Moot and Montana — add your address at checkout or save it in your account.
- Collection
- Collect from our kitchen at 131 Codonia Avenue, Moregloed, Pretoria, 0186 — choose delivery and the exact area fee shows at checkout. We will let you know when your order is ready.
- Payment
- We accept card, Instant EFT and other payment methods through PayFast, a trusted South African payment provider, or cash on delivery or collection. Online payments are confirmed by PayFast's secure notification system. Cash orders are reviewed and approved by the shop before they enter our kitchen queue; the cash itself is paid on delivery or collection.
